As a member of our event staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees by implementing our expertly tailored security and crowd management solutions. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about public safety, customer service, and sports entertainment. Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access Assist in crowd control and ensure the safety of all guests Respond to incidents and emergencies in a quick and efficient manner Provide information and assistance to attendees Coordinate with other team members and local law enforcement Enforce venue policies and procedures Report any security breaches or safety issues to the supervisor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong observational skills Ability to handle high stress situations Problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of public safety and security protocols First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred Any additional certifications in Security or Crowd Management are a plus
