Analyze client financial needs, goals, and circumstances to offer appropriate banking, investment, and insurance options. Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience. Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Achieve set performance targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the bank. Foster an inclusive and innovative environment aligned with Field & Main Bank’s mission and values. Proficiency in financial advising and planning Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to leverage digital tools in banking solutions Experience in sales or business development within banking Capability to manage complex client portfolios Preferred: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent financial certification Any relevant banking certifications
