Job Description:

Customer Service Representative JobWe are hiring a full time customer service representative to assist with enrollment processes, customer inquiries and billing. You will also be asked to answer phones, enroll students by phone/online/in person, learn our program structure to best assist our customers, and process payments. Legacy All Sports is a family friendly facility with most of our students between the ages of 4-10 years. We're looking for a friendly, helpful individual that's eager to take on this position.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Learning our program structures so that you can answer questions.Processing enrollments, class changes, and overseeing customer accounts.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Customer Service Representative Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
