Job Summary: This position is responsible for the general operation of our office, facilities and grounds. Duties will include oversight of all property management and maintenance, managing company automobiles, purchasing office and technology supplies, taking proper inventory, successful vendor relationships, ensure office security, and shipping/logistics for all equipment. The Office/Facilities Manager is part of the IT/Data/Information Systems team and assists with IT projects and various technology needs. Essential Duties and Functions: Office Management Maintain office equipment Building and facility maintenance oversight Office supply and IT equipment inventory, purchase, and shipment Liaison between IT personnel and staff, as needed. Completes IT tasks such as new computer setups, minor troubleshooting, and repair Vendor relationships Ensure property is properly maintained at all times and that FAHE is well represented Management of organizations leased automobiles Submit invoices Requirements for this position include: Working knowledge of basic office equipment (computer, printer, security) Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Supply management, inventory control Tracking budget expenses Developing standards, managing processes, promoting process improvement Self-motivated and self-directed Strong connection to organization's mission Preferred Education and Experience : Associates Degree preferred Two years office management preferredFor the past six years, our staff nominated Fahe as one of the top 100 Best Places to Work in Kentucky.
