skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in
Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in
ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and
equipment. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack
for hands-on work, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose mechanical issues and
troubleshoot problems effectively. Conduct regular inspections and
preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate
records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient
work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and
machinery as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to
maintain a safe workplace. Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related
field is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or
similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical systems,
hydraulics, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret
technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to
work well in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours
and overtime as needed. Salary info: $25 - $28 / hr
