Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description The Role
Co-Ho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency/production
studio inside the Personal Care division within P&G. Co-Ho is
seeking an Editor to transform raw footage and CG assets into
thumb-stopping social content for P&G's Beauty and Personal
Care brands. This is about editing for platforms where attention
spans are measured in seconds and trends change by the hour. You'll
be responsible for editing high-volume social content from concept
to final delivery. You need the technical skills to work seamlessly
with both live-action footage and CG renders, strong motion
graphics capabilities, and the eye to maintain the premium
aesthetic that beauty and personal care brands demand. This is a
studio role focused on creating platform-native content for
Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. Reporting
to the Head of Studio, you'll work closely with our Director of
Photography, CG team, and Creative Directors to deliver content
that balances speed with polish. You'll be the bridge between
content capture and final delivery—ensuring every asset is
optimized for performance and perfectly suited to its platform.
Three Core Areas of Responsibility 1. Social Content Editing &
Finishing Edit social-first content from raw footage and CG assets
into final, platform-ready deliverables Cut product hero shots,
beauty application content, influencer videos, and lifestyle
moments that drive engagement Master the pacing, composition, and
visual language of social platforms—you know the difference between
a TikTok edit and an Instagram Reel Work seamlessly with
live-action footage and CG renders from our 3D team Deliver content
optimized for social platform specs, aspect ratios, file sizes, and
performance best practices Move fast without sacrificing quality:
edit, revise, and deliver at the speed social demands Maintain
COHO's visual signature while staying flexible to platform trends
and brand needs 2. Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement Create
motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and visual effects
that enhance social content without overproducing it Design kinetic
typography, product callouts, and brand elements that feel native
to social platforms Color grade footage to ensure products look
premium and consistent across all deliverables Integrate CG
elements seamlessly with live-action footage Build templates and
systems for common content types to increase speed and consistency
Stay current on social platform trends—transitions, effects,
editing styles—and adapt quickly 3. Collaboration & Content
Pipeline Work closely with the Director of Photography to
understand the creative intent behind every shoot and deliver on
that vision Collaborate with the CG Generalist and Technical
Director to integrate 3D assets smoothly into edits Partner with
Creative Directors to iterate quickly based on feedback and
performance data Organize and manage media assets, project files,
and deliverables efficiently Help build and refine COHO's editing
workflows, templates, and systems for scalability Provide feedback
on what works (and what doesn't) based on platform performance The
Candidate Profile The Social Editor : You don't just know how to
edit—you understand what performs on social platforms. You follow
trends, study what works, and can cut content that feels native to
Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. Motion Graphics Proficiency : You're
skilled in After Effects and can create engaging motion graphics,
text animations, and visual effects that elevate social content.
This isn't optional—motion graphics are a core part of the role.
Product Beauty Obsessed : You have an eye for making products look
beautiful in post. You understand color grading for skincare, how
to make a bottle glow, and how to enhance texture and materials
without losing authenticity. Technically Versatile : You're
proficient in industry-standard editing software (Premiere, Final
Cut, DaVinci Resolve) and strong with motion graphics tools (After
Effects). You can work with both live-action and CG assets
seamlessly. Fast & Efficient : You can turn around edits quickly
without cutting corners. You know when to spend time refining and
when to ship. You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Social-Native : You're on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube daily. You
know what's trending, what's working, and how to adapt your editing
style to match platform aesthetics. Collaborative : You take
direction well, iterate quickly based on feedback, and work
seamlessly with DPs, CG artists, and creative teams. You're not
precious about your work—you care about what performs.
Product-First Mindset : Your passion is making products look
beautiful and making content that drives results on social
platforms—that's what you want to master. Job Qualifications 5
years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in
advertising agency environment Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design,
Advertising, Fine Arts, or related creative field Compensation for
roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of
