Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire an
energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children
in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as
a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with
children. This position is excellent for someone who has an
interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child
development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn
from $20 per hr up to $25 per hr. Our Coaches use individual
attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a
non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a
stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to
encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally,
our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that
coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback
and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and
following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Requirements This
job post is primarily for afternoons. Classes run an hour long,
typically 2 30-minute sessions each. Hours for the morning shift
will range from 8-15 hourss. We have additional hours in the
morning if interested.
