Job Description
Process Engineer
As the Process Engineer You would work with a small team of
engineers to achieve optimization goals and would be expected to
have a hands-on approach moving and interacting though out the
plant. What is the point of having a Sigma Six Certification if you
are not going to use it? They would like someone who likes to have
boots on the ground and a finger in the pie mentality. A team
player who communicates well and takes coaching and gives coaching
to meet the goals of the task at hand. In addition, they would like
to find someone who has had some skills on the Project Management
side. Think lead development, capital execution, and all the steps
to completion. Experience in this area is a big plus but if you are
willing to learn they are open to coach you up. The last hat, I
promise, if you feel comfortable dealing formula optimization would
be a great benefit.
This medium sized company is looking for a Process Engineer to work
at their Illinois ethanol plant. In this position you would be
making products for the Beverage, Health, Food, and Industrial
Markets. Down the line there is the additional possibility to
expand your role to include their other facilities and grow your
role within the corporation. They are open to candidates with a
solid background in Food, Gas and Oil manufacturing, and a
willingness to grow.
