Create and maintain North American building standards/specifications.2. Support North American "Subject Matter Expert" related to mechanical and electrical systems.3. Work with outside firms to complete Our Client standards for building systems.4. Manage multiple standards simultaneously to ensure quick completion.5. Investigate building industry trends, global Our Client trends, and current/past building issues. Utilizing that knowledge, introduce innovation and improvements for North American systems.Requirements:1. 5+ Experience in industrial building design & implementation.2. 5+ Experience in industrial buildings and building related systems.3. Deep knowledge of building design standards and specifications.4. Intermediate skill level with: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook)5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BluBeam, or other PDF editing software.Additional Desired Qualifications:1. Professional Engineering License (PE)2. 3+ years experience in industrial mechanical systems (piping, chilled water, compressed air, etc.)Duration:12+months W2
