DevOps Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to provide technical support and optimize deployment processes in the insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy updates and fixes while providing Level 2 technical support
Develop software and tools to enhance system integration and customer experience
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure and AWS technologies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Support Engineer
Strong knowledge and experience with Linux (Ubuntu) administration
Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
Background in release management processes
