ABM, a leader in facility solutions, is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our Transportation & Logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our fleet of diesel vehicles, which play a vital role in our comprehensive service offerings across the US. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical diesel engine problems. Replace or repair faulty parts and systems. Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles. Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations. Provide quality customer service, and support fleet operations. Expertise in diesel engine mechanics and diagnostics tools. Proficient in using hand tools and mechanical equipment. Strong attention to detail and precision in repairs. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASE Diesel Certification strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license.
