continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Installation
Technician to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: As an
Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the
installation, maintenance, and repair of our products and systems
at customer sites and our location. The ideal candidate will
possess strong technical skills, a keen attention to detail, and
excellent customer service abilities. You will work closely with
our clients to ensure their systems are installed correctly and
functioning optimally. Key Responsibilities: - Install and
configure emergency vehicle equipment at our location and customer
sites at customer locations. - Conduct thorough site assessments to
understand installation requirements and potential challenges. -
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installations
and repairs. - Provide exceptional customer service, explaining
system functionalities and addressing any customer questions or
concerns. - Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on installed
systems to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain accurate records
of installations, maintenance, and service calls. - Collaborate
with the sales and technical support teams to provide feedback and
improve installation processes. - Comply with safety regulations
and company policies during all installations. Qualifications: -
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or
certification preferred. - Previous experience in installation or
related fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC,
telecommunications). - Strong mechanical aptitude and
problem-solving skills. - Proficient in using hand and power tools
effectively and safely. - Excellent communication skills and
ability to interact professionally with customers. - Ability to
read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. - Valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel
