comprehensive experience. Job Description:We are seeking a skilled
and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
maintaining, repairing and replacing commercial HVAC systems. This
role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work
independently and as part of a team to ensure our customers receive
the highest level of service. Responsibilities: Ability to
diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R
systems and equipment. Ability to replace and startup of multiple
types of HVAC equipment. Effectively communicate issues and
solutions with customers. Communicate with service and sales teams
any pertinent customer information found during service visits.
Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner during and after
normal business hours. Professionally and thoroughly complete work
orders, timecard, mechanical tasking, and job-related processes.
Perform duties and responsibilities in challenging conditions such
as extreme weather. Recognize and alert management of any unsafe,
hazardous conditions. Contribute and participate in team meetings
and training. Ability to utilize service operations technology
while in the field. Requirements: 5 years minimum experience
required in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining
commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems. Must be able to pass a
background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have
a valid driver's license with good driving record. Must be
self-motivated. Exceptional organizational and communication
skills. Current HVAC license, (EPA), and KY Journeyman (preferred).
