This position is responsible for managing one of the chapter houses
under the Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) Office. Therefore,
this position plays a role in implementing the goals and missions
of the FSL Office, which include creating an environment that
promotes learning, guidance, and advocacy in students' daily lives.
Responsibilities include: providing onsite monitoring of
residential facilities by living full-time in the chapter
residence, daily interaction with student members, communication
with various offices and campus partners, and responsibilities
within the FSL Office.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience working with fraternities & sororities.
Experience working in a residence hall or other group living
Evidence of administrative and advising skills.
Good interpersonal skills and judgment.
Independence and professionalism.
Experience working with leadership development programs.
Experience planning educational programs for students.
Computer skills (particularly experience with databases).
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred
Prefer a Master's degree in Student Personnel, College
Administration, or a related field.
