The House Manager is responsible and accountable for total units
operations on a 24-hour basis to include fiscal management, staff

Responsibilities
Expectations
Supervises assigned professional,
technical, and clerical staff of the department to ensure the
quality of work.Manages the workflow of the unit to ensure the
delivery of quality patient care.Implements and supports quality
improvement activities for the department.Develops staffing
patterns and ensures availability of sufficient qualified staff to
meet patient care needs.Works to develop and retain highly skilled
and well-rounded staff including orienting, training, directing
work, evaluating performance and assuring clinical competency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) in Nursing from an
accredited nursing college or program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license cleared by the Kentucky
Board of Nursing or with eNLC multi-state practice privilege
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required to obtain within
90 days post hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- NIHSS certificationMinimum of 3 years RN experience required.

- Minimum of 2 years leadership (i.e. RN-Charge) experience
required.
- Equivalent leadership capabilities will be considered in lieu
of the leadership experience requirement based on executive
leadership approval. - -Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree
in Nursing (BSN) 5 years of experience in acute care or in Critical
Care nursing - -kentuckyrn
