supervisor
Job Summary The Holocaust Education Initiative seeks a
detail-oriented, excellent communicator to serve as its project
manager. This position is for 15-20?X hrs / week at 16-21 dollars/
hrs. The project manager will assist the Directors and Associate
directors with administrative tasks that include but are not
limited to *scheduling space on UK campus and across KY for teacher
workshop education sessions *processing paperwork and billing
*scheduling and supporting Zoom meetings *working with the Business
Center in the College of Arts & Sciences to ensure that contracted
work is paid in a timely fashion *working with the steering
committee to coordinate and delegate tasks, specifically with
respect to vetting Holocaust curriculum and teacher-designed
lessons * booking travel.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Excellent written and spoken
communication, knowledge of Teams, Microsoft Office, work closely
with our established team in Lexington, excellent and frequent
communication
