Ridgeway Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility - Our facility is seeking an organized and experienced Dietary Supervisor to join our team. With a culture that is centered on teamwork and a mission to provide the highest quality care in a residential setting, you will find a sense of belonging and purpose.Responsibilities:--- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct all aspects of the dietary department.--- Complete forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc., related to the Dietary department.--- Train and supervise other dietary employees.--- Prepare work schedules.--- Prepare lists of food necessary to fill menu needs for general and modified diets.--- Check all food deliveries and sign delivery ticket.
