A National Feed Manufacturer is looking for a Feed Mill Manager due to a recent promotion. This company manufactures feed for local dairy, beef and swine producers. In this role you would oversee the day to day production, increase production, hiring/firing and capital improvement projects. • Maximize production
• Hire/Train/Lead a team of--20 total employees
• Help grow business to become a continuous facility
• Oversee safety, OSHA, HACCP for the facility
• Host international visitors and large customer tours
• Train Employees and hold them accountable
• Manage budgets and P&L
• Be out in the facility making sure things are getting doneFeed Mill Manager--Background Requirements:
  • 3 years manufacturing experience required (livestock feed or nutrition experience is preferred)
  • LEAN, OSHA, HACCP and safety experience--preferred
  • Strong communicator and leader
  • Need to be able to motivate and lead people of all levels
  • Experience growing a team and improving processesCompensation and Benefits:
    • Base Salary between $80,000-$115,000 with 20% bonus possibility
    • Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
    • PTO
