Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and train a team of Disputes Specialists
Collaborate with leadership to establish performance KPIs and
continuously monitor and manage team members to these targets
Reduce instances of fraud, identify areas of high fraud or dispute
activity, and work with other teams to improve fraud detection and
prevention
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing fraud and disputes teams in
e-commerce fraud and payments environments
A proven people manager with strong attention to detail and
analytical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and
meet critical deadlines
Experience working directly with consumers and internal customer
support teams
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best consumer
experience
