Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking an accomplished Operations
Manager for a large manufacturing company in the Chicago
area.**Relocation Assistance is provided!This job will have the
following responsibilities:The ability to oversee multiple business
units with 300+ employeesParticipates and direct Lean manufacturing
practices (Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen)Enforce and review KPI's to
ensure the facility is achieving production goalsWork with the
Quality department to review issues through scrap process and hold
for inspectionLead the daily Team Performance Center meetings with
Operations team to review daily/weekly
performance.Requirements/Skills:Bachelor s Degree required4+ years
in an Operations/Plant Management role10+ years in a manufacturing
environmentHigh Speed Manufacturing is requiredLean Six Sigma Green
Belt preferredContinuous Improvement experienceAutomotive/Aerospace
