Relations Account Manager to join the Client Success team at
Worldpay. This position is based in Cincinnati, OH and aligned to
the Worldpay University Program; a two-year program, suited to
entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with
a leading payments company.As a 2024 Worldpay University Program
full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in

performance connects with your manager. --This two-year full-time
program will start June 24, 2024 and as a university program

Care team is a specialized division supporting a portfolio of
merchants using the Value Added Platform (VAP). The portfolio
contains an array of merchants representing the Financial Services,
Hospitality, Retail, Digital, Media & Education industries amongst
others. The team is made up of proactive, innovative and client
focused individuals and provides best in class support by
maintaining in-depth knowledge of Products and the Industry.What
You Will Be Doing--
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across teams in
North America and the wider business to provide support to the
client for their business as usual operational needs
- Research and use resources to recommend the best approach on
client operational issues within specified service levels with
appropriate escalation
- Use critical thinking skills to offer timely solutions for
queries, including providing high quality responses, primarily over
e-mail and telephone
- Represent the voice of the client inside the organization and
navigate the internal processes to deliver for the client
- Conduct training for clients with the aim to empower them to
self-serve
- Engage in organization team initiatives for process
improvement
- Provide an outstanding client experience that enables the
Commercial and Relationship teams to retain existing clients and
win new business.What You Bring--
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study--
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite--
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication
skills--
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving
skills--
- Ability to work well independently and within a team--Bonus If
