Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Partner Manager responsible
for overseeing People Partner functions and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to the People Partner team, ensuring
consistency in HR practices
Manage compliance with HR policies and legal requirements while
overseeing data-driven insights
Assist with strategic priorities, integration efforts during
mergers, and immigration employment strategies
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR experience
Extensive generalist background in employee relations, HR
operations, and employment law
Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Prior experience in a growing, dynamic company, preferably in
healthcare
Flexibility in supporting multiple time zones
