About the Role
As a Quality and Compliance Manager at CBRE, you will play a
crucial role in crafting and implementing compliance programs
tailored for acute care hospital environments. You will be
responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control for a large
regional acute care hospital client, contributing to the effective
delivery of facilities managements services that help the client
protect patient safety and achieve their strategic goals.
What You'll Do
Develop and put into place strong compliance programs tailored to
acute care hospital environments, guaranteeing compliance with
regulatory standards.
Support the Facilities Management team in preparing to respond to
Joint Commission surveys through mock survey programs and
subsequent follow up, ensuring the sites are fully prepared for
accreditation assessments.
Assist the Facilities Management team during Authority Having
Jurisdiction visits, providing compliance insights and support as
needed.
Implement and coordinate Water Management Program measures to
ensure compliance with safety standards and reduce risks associated
with waterborne pathogens, especially Legionella.
Coordinate and manage daily activities related to quality assurance
and compliance initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.
Facilitate compliance with both company and client programs while
driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate key compliance initiatives and issues across functional
areas and report status updates to partners regularly.
Supervise the success of quality-of-service initiatives for
non-regulated services and share metrics during client review
meetings.
Provide assistance during audits and lead by example in embodying
CBRE's RISE values.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve day-to-day
challenges and complex issues in existing processes.
