Shift 1st Job Summary The Clinical Research Support Operations Director will be a primary representative for campus directors and senior leadership when collaborating with the CRSO. The CRSO and this position will be expected to provide efficient, fiscally responsible, compliant, and technologically advanced administrative services to the research enterprise at the University. This will include oversight of the management of the Clinical Trial Billing Compliance team, Financial team, and CTMS Management team within the CRSO. Additionally, the Operations Director will oversee the collaborative management of an enterprise Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Proficiency with MS Office programs, knowledge of regulations governing clinical trials and human subjects research. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience Masters degree and eight years of experience in clinical trials administration or related financial, research or director level endeavors preferred.
