Physician / Family Practice / Versailles, KY

FP Physician needed in Versailles, Kentucky. This is an excellent outpatient or traditional practice (IP & OP) opportunity with full support provided. Both hospital employed or joining one other physician in a private practice will be considered. This position requires someone with enthusiasm, tenacity and intention of building a new practice without inheriting an existing patient population.

About the Hospital: Community Hospital is a 25-bed facility that has routinely scored in the highest percentiles in national hospital surveys for employee, patient and physician satisfaction. Over the past five years, Community Hospital has recruited numerous physicians, made significant investments in equipment and facilities, and added services such as Ophthalmology, expanding their surgical capabilities. Other services provided by the hospital include Family Practice, Cardiology, Otolaryngology (ENT), Orthopedics, Gastroenterology/Endoscopy, Laboratory Services, Pain Management, Nephrology, Dentistry, Respiratory Therapy, Urology, an Intensive Care Unit and Womens Services (Gynecology). Diagnostic Radiology equipment includes MRI, a CT-Scanner, Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound. The hospitals Rehab Center provides Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Rehabilitation. Versailles is one of Kentuckys oldest and most beautiful towns, and has numerous antique shops and historic southern homes and buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Bluegrass Railroad Museum, located in an historic 1911 L&N Railroad station, features a six-mile roundtrip ride through gently rolling hills.
