Disabilities and Mental Health Specialist
The position is directly responsible for ensuring mental health and
disabilities services in all child development centers are in
compliance with child care licensing, Head Start Performance
Standards, ADA *Americans with Disabilities Education Act). and
IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). In
collaboration with Early Head Start Partnership Directors, this
position provides technical assistance to center staff that meets
funding source requirements and to ensure program outcomes. -
Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education,
child development or related field is required. Two years of
relevant experience is required. -
Desired Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in early childhood
education, child development or early childhood special education,
psychology, sociology or specific licensure in a therapeutic
discipline field required. Two years of relevant experience.
Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets,
databases, and internet and e communications is highly preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, valid Kentucky driver's licnse,
and must provide proof of insurability. Must obtain a T.B. kin test
as well as any other screenings, physicals and testing required by
the funding source, licensing and/or regulations. -
$19.37 - $21.06 Hourly Rate. -

We are seeking a Manager of Digital Strategy to set an elite
standard by creating and implementing -multimedia digital
strategies for fund-raising and public relations marketing. Our
Manager of Digital -Strategy is responsible for managing the
creation and execution of digital campaigns including emails,
-social media, digital creative, lightboxes, A/B testing
optimization and more. A mastery or familiarity with -automated
email platforms, website management applications, digital
advertising platforms like Google -and Facebook will be essential
to your success. -You will work hand-in-hand with our Integrated
Marketing Associate to set up and implement -segmentation
strategies, auto-response techniques, and source code tracking
through the versatile -EveryAction CRM platform. You will create
and develop the most innovative digital techniques with the
-assistance of our fund-raising agency consultants. Managing for
quality assurance within CAP will be a -focus to ensure accuracy of
digital messaging. Extracting data and reports from a diverse set
of online -tools to provide reporting and testing analysis will
help drive our digital program growth. You'll have the -chance to
research and tryout new market trends in the digital space. Your
