Job Description:

the community.Perform a variety of chemical, microscopic, and
bacteriologic procedures of a moderately and highly complex nature,
following established standards and practices to obtain data for
use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Provide direct care to
patients of all ages.Essential Key Job ResponsibilitiesComplies

procedures or services.Provides care/services based on identified

Based on Behavioral Standards. Other duties as assigned by
management.Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent
education. Completion of accredited training course Required
License and Certification MLT(ASCP), CLT(NCA) or equivalent
certification Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Adequate conversational English is required in order that the
individual be able to take direction from management, understand
how to complete job tasks, communicate adequately with patients and
co-workers as necessary, understand and follow safety guidelines,
and understand the Associate Handbook and all hospital
policies.
