*465-bed regional referral center in Ashland, Kentucky, is presenting a lucrative opportunity for a board eligible/certified Hematologist/Oncologist*

- The Oncology program has 7 Oncologists and 3 APP's, 5 physicians are located at the Ashland main campus and 2 are in Portsmouth, OH.
- Call is very nice, and you will be working with a wonderful collegial team. There is a dedicated breast fellowship trained surgeon in the practice and are currently working on the structure of a new stand-alone cancer center. The Oncology program is affiliated with University of Kentucky and currently have residents from there rotating through the ED and OB and look to be supporting more in the future. The Oncology center is staffed with excellent support from Pharmacy (4 pharmacists), nurse navigator, case management, financial navigator, on site lab and more.
- The incoming physician will earn a generous salary guarantee plus productivity based on WRVUs and quality/customer bonuses. The group also provides excellent benefits, paid malpractice, six weeks time off and a week of for CME (plus $5k), along with a flexible four-day work schedule and manageable call.
- Best of all, Hospital is offering the incoming Oncologist a ready-made practice with excellent referral resources - we feature a network of 14 primary care outreach facilities, and we care for a patient population of 700,000 throughout Kentucky and Ohio.
