*Overview*\n*We are offering up to $10,0000 Sign-On Bonus in
addition to a $24,000 Student Loan Payback for those who meet the

group of Sisters of Charity of Nazareth in Kentucky led by Sister
Euphrasia Stafford began their health ministry. Their mission was

tradition still carried out today. Saint Joseph Hospital primarily
serves central and eastern Kentucky with a full range of services
including distinguished awards for cardiology orthopedics and

the community.\n \nAs a Critical Care Nurse at CHI Saint Joseph
Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic
Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you'll monitor
patients who are critically ill and unstable following extensive
injury, surgery, or life-threatening disease. \n \nEach shift
begins with a patient report from a nursing teammate before making
your rounds. You'll continue to provide whatever care or procedures
are required throughout the shift. This could mean assisting a
physician with a chest tube or central line, providing wound care,
transporting the patient for an MRI or CT, or administering
medications. \n \nTo thrive in this role, you'll heavily depend on
your ability to multitask and react. You'll clinically care for
your patients, remain focused and attentive, and advocate for their
best interests. It is your sound judgment during an emergency and
rapid response that puts you on the radar for advancement. \n \n
\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Assesses, plans, and implements nursing
care while ensuring patient comfort\n* Anticipates, identifies, and
responds to informational and emotional needs of patients and
families\n* Guides and directs healthcare personnel (i.e., Patient
Care Technicians) in caring for patients\n* Maintains knowledge of
equipment setup, maintenance, and use (i.e., IV pumps, monitoring
equipment, and drainage devices) Utilizes safeguards such as IV
pump drug library and monitor alarms with necessary\n* Initiates
emergency support measures (i.e., cardiopulmonary resuscitation,
protecting patient from injury)\n* Assists with patient care
duties/tasks (i.e., emptying drainage devices, ambulating, and
hygiene)\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Graduate of an accredited school
of nursing required \n* Active RN license in good standing with the
Kentucky Board of Nursing\n* Basic Life Support (BLS) \n* Previous
Critical Care Experience Preferred\nWhile you're busy impacting the
