Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a HOME HEALTH setting, in Danville, KY! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Active KY. HOME HEALTH license
  
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
  
• Ability to clear a drug screen/background check
  
• This position begins on 05/08/2023 and ends on 08/05/2023

    Requirements
    
    Requirements for success in this: / job in a Setting:
    
    • 
      
    • Assess patient's daily living/work-related skills and develop retraining programs with measurable objectives
      
    • Work with patient in accordance with physician orders to improve patient's strength, range of motion and function for optimal living
      
    • Coordinate and oversee Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides performance in following plan of patient care
      
    • Provide monitoring and education to staff, family and caregivers to improve patients participation in their rehabilitation
      
      
    • Maintaining patient documentation in accordance with facility policy and procedures
      
    • Effective communication skills to advise, consult and instruct members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific occupational therapy modalities and interventions
      
    • Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance
      
    • Must have graduated from an accredited school
      
    • Active state / Therapist license or the ability to obtain the required state license
