        • Current dental hygienist license in Kentucky
        • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
        • CPR CertificationPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
