Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. - Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. - Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. Minimum Qualifications: - Education: Associates Degree in Nursing,Required - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing,Preferred - License: Current RN to practice in the state of (KY) - Certifications: BCLS; ACLS & PALS per unit specific requirements - National Certification within 1 year - Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
