Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family
Medicine physician to join our team in Frankfort, KY. This is an
exceptional opportunity to practice general family practice in a

providers care for patients of all ages with a full range of health
and wellness services: - Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
- Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries - Care for
chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension -
Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision and hearing
testing, blood pressure monitoring and more - Preventive care,
including personalized consultations and health screenings -
Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to
adolescents - Seasonal support for allergies and the flu - Mental
health resources and support Offer Includes: - Competitive salary
guarantee for up to 3 years and a lucrative production model after
guarantee period. - Additional quality-based bonus - Up to $200,000
in recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan

CME, $4,000 - 33 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays per year - Paid

Education: - Successful completion of an accredited Family
Medicine/Internal Medicine Residency Program in U.S.
License/Certification: - Kentucky License/Eligible - DEA - Board
certification or active participation in the examination process

Range $124.36 - $215.00 /hour
