Nurse (RN) focuses on safe, effective, patient and family-centered

Responsibilities: Performs assessments and reassessments per policy

interdisciplinary services. Utilizes resources appropriately to

Facilitates, coordinates, provides, and evaluates education
specific to patient and family needs. Delegates tasks to licensed
and non-licensed personnel. Functions as a mentor/preceptor.
Demonstrates, encourages, and facilitates teamwork. Identifies and

quality, safety, and service process improvement efforts.
Implements practice changes. Complies with regulatory standards.
