work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of
Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years. • 3 months of
travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • 3
months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of
months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Kentucky license or
compact license (required after submission). • Local & travel
allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu
vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program:
AMN Program - CHI Kentucky. Pre-employment modules may be required

Additional Details: Float experience does not count towards the
unit experience requirement. 7 days maximum time off. Facility
holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/06/2026, 11/26/2026,
12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1 2
references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) -
