Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,268 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/7/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Lexington, Kentucky, 40508! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years recent experience in the Operating Room License: Compact or State License required at time of submission Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Level 1 trauma experience desired, plus 3 years recent experience in the Operating Room. Staff must be able to work in a variety of specialty areas including Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted for this position. Description: Level 1 experience desired, plus 3 years recent experience in the Operating Room and BLS. Staff will be expected to work in a variety of specialty areas. Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS required. Call policy includes weekday and weekend coverage. The response time is 40 minutes. There is a rotating list for choosing call. The first 6-week schedule will include 2-3 call shifts during the week. The next 6-week period will include a weekend call shift. Compliance requirements include BLS, Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, and OR skills. Modules are completed during orientation and annually, varying by specialty.
