This unique role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about behavior analysis and excited by the opportunity to travel and work in diverse environments. As a Traveling BCBA, you will be deployed to AFL Autism’s assigned locations across the U.S., staying on-site for up to 6 months at a time. Compensation & Perks Base: Salary: $100,000 annually Housing: Stipend: Receive a monthly stipend from AFL to use for short term housing options Food Stipend: Provided for the duration of on-site stays. Requirements: Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required At least 3 years' experience practicing as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Willingness and ability to travel and stay on-site for extended periods (up to 6 months) Must obtain and maintain licensure in all states where AFL Autism operates (support provided) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Flexibility, independence, and a passion for helping others
