Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Lexington, KY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,980 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Compact or state license required at the time of submission Certifications: BLS certified Must-Have: Experience with heart and lung transplants, trauma cases, Level 2 experience required, Level 1 experience preferred, Skills checklist submission required Description: 2 years of experience required. Must have experience with heart and lung transplants. Level 2 experience is required. Level 1 experience is preferred. Must have experience with trauma cases. BLS certification is required. Candidates will be screened if they have limited experience with heart and lung transplants. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience in trauma Level I and Level II is preferred. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily census is between 75-100 patients. Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Candidates must be familiar with surgical safety protocols. Basic knowledge of patient care is essential.
