Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide expert anesthesia
care at our Level 1 Trauma Center. This is your chance to make a

role, you will support anesthesia teams in a variety of complex
cases, including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro
procedures, all within a reputable hospital setting. Under the
supervision and direction of anesthesiologists, often collaborating
closely with residents, you will deliver safe, effective anesthesia
care to diverse patient populations across all age groups,
excluding neonatal and obstetric patients. Your expertise will
ensure smooth perioperative experiences, contributing directly to
patient outcomes and department excellence. Required Skills: Valid
NBCRNA Board Certification State licensure in Kentucky (or ability
to obtain license) Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience; no
new graduates considered Proficiency in intubation, central line
placement, arterial line insertion, and vascular access Ability to
work in a fast-paced hospital setting supporting diverse case types
Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a
Level 1 Trauma environment, supporting NORA procedures Nice to Have
Skills: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records Knowledge
of anesthesia for trauma and vascular cases Additional
certifications in advanced airway management or vascular access
Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Nursing, with specialized anesthesia training Minimum of 1 year
of recent CRNA experience in an acute care setting Current state
licensure or willingness to obtain KY license Other Requirements:
Ability to work full-time schedules, including 4x10-hour shifts
from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Availability to work every week, with
scheduling flexibility for 8s, 10s, or 12s shifts (preference for
4x10) Willingness to work NORA shifts Credentialing approval within
90 days Willingness to obtain Kentucky state license and
certifications if applicable This position offers an hourly pay
rate of $226.20, with additional benefits including comprehensive
medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave,
and a generous referral bonus program. Holiday pay at 1.5x rate
applies on major holidays, and travel and licensure reimbursement
