Title: Customer Service RepresentativeAPosition Location: Decatur, Alabama or Lexington, KentuckyAReports To: Customer Service ManagerAOverview: Prudent American Technologies Inc (formerly Molding Solutions and Chiptec) is a Full Service Contract Manufacturer- USA based ISO, ITAR and Aerospace certified operations with injection molding and precision machining capabilities including in-house design engineering, product development, design for manufacturing, BOM management, cost effective tooling & component-part prototyping with complete turn-key assembly/packaging order fulfillment services. We serve the following end markets: Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Medical/Life Sciences, Defense & Military, Firearms, Oil Field and Energy. Opportunity:Prudent American Technologies is seeking a high-energy customer service representative for our dynamic and fast paced environment.AOur CSR's are knowledgeable, detail driven, and deliver the best overall customer experience possible.ATo succeed in this role, you need to be passionate and customer centric while serving all aspects of the business.AIf you are proficient at communicating with customers and effective at organizing and executing responsibilities in an efficient way, then this may be an excellent position for youARoles and ResponsibilitiesAAAAAAAAADeliver exceptional customer service to related customer accountsAAAAAAAAACultivate and manage strong relationships with customer baseAAAAAAAAAAssist customer accounts with questions and resolve any issues associatedAAAAAAAAAProvide information on products and servicesAAAAAAAAAPrepare and process customer sales orders in CRM/ERP systemsAAAAAAAAAGenerate quotes for review and distribution to customersAAAAAAAAAHandle inquiries about open orders, deliveries, past due's, and other performance indicatorsAAAAAAAAAKeep records of customer interactions and transactions (via Salesforce activity log)AAAAAAAAAMaintain customer database (update contacts, addresses, etc.)AAAAAAAAACommunicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments of Prudent AmericanSkills & RequirementsWhile familiarity with our primary markets is valuable, it is not required.APrudent American will facilitate proper training to make sure you are equipped and knowledgeable.AAAAAAAAAAStrong communication skillsAAAAAAAAAAbility to think quickly and make decisionsAAAAAAAAAHigh level of detail orientation and organizational skillsAAAAAAAAAStrong computer knowledge and working understanding of Microsoft Office platformsAAAAAAAAA1-3 years of customer service experience.AExperience in a manufacturing/production setting is preferred, but not requiredAAAAAAAAAUnderstanding of NetSuite and Salesforce platforms is highly valuableCompensation:-AAAAAABase salary/bonus (Commensurate with experience)-AAAAAABenefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Plan 401KSend Inquiries: kelsey.s A by Jobble
