If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you. -We are a prestigious private country club in Central Kentucky seeking a talented, passionate Executive Chef with 5-7 years of culinary leadership, fine dining and informal dining experience.

The successful candidate will lead all culinary operations at the Club including Member dining, full-scale, on-premise banqueting, and ancillary informal dining across the Club complex.

Creativity and innovation are among the top competencies required along with team orientation and a mentoring / coaching management style. -A strong working knowledge of cost controls, sanitation, and efficient labor management are also essential. -This role serves as "the face" of our culinary operations and therefore requires the Executive Chef to regularly demonstrate positive interpersonal and active listening skills.

Responsibilities
Manage finances for kitchen operations
Produce quality food
Oversee menu creation
Train junior personnel

Qualifications
Associate's+ degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
5-7+ years of kitchen experience
Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential
Full Benefit package including Club Privileges for family
