Job Description:

The Food Service Personnel is under the direct supervision of the Food Service Director. - The Food Service Personnel assists with quality food preparation, overall cleanliness of the dining hall, and operation of the dining hall.Organizational Duties and ResponsibilitiesCan support the mission and vision of The Methodist Home as evidenced by compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

• Supports and facilitates positive interaction with others as evidenced by: professional maturity, respect for others, a team-centered approach, maintenance of confidential information, and an appreciation of a multicultural workplace.
• Exhibits effective communication skills including proper use of agency communication systems.
• Exhibits sound stewardship by effectively managing information resources to achieve the objectives of The Kentucky United Methodist Homes for Children and Youth.
• Supports all functions that attain and maintain accreditation with regulatory agencies.
• Participates in appropriate professional development programs and in services to attain and maintain competency.
• Maintain effective skills necessary to respond to traumatized clients and support a trauma informed care system.Hourly Pay: - $15/hour with hourly increase based on experience & education.Job SpecificationsIs trained in CPR and First Aid - we provide training. - Remains current.Must be at least 21 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.Must have a valid driver's license and submit to an intensive background investigation.Maintains required training.Maintains food handler's certification.Powered by JazzHR
