Available Pay Range: $11 $14 per hour , depending on shift and
additional tasks assigned Job Summary: Genesis Health Clubs is
hiring Front Desk Associates to deliver outstanding customer
service and ensure smooth day-to-day club operations. Youll be the
first point of contact for members and guests, creating a positive
and professional experience every time they visit. Key
Responsibilities: Greet and check in members & guests with a
welcoming attitude Answer phones, manage guest passes, and assist
with member inquiries Maintain a clean, organized front desk and
stay informed about club amenities Support member retention efforts
and contribute to overall club success Respond appropriately to
emergencies and follow company procedures What Were Looking For:
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays CPR certification
(or willing to obtain within 60 days) Experience with cash handling
and customer service preferred Team player with a strong work ethic
