Job Description Human Resources Generalist Operations Kelly Professional and Industrial is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist focusing on operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full scope HR generalist work to include leading positive employee relations and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals. Under the guidance of the HR Manager and in conjunction with the Recruiting Manager, this position will support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and employee development. Responsibilities Responsible for all facets of HR functional disciplines for a business unit (Operations HR Team supporting Production Operations team) Advising and coaching on performance management, policy compliance, employment law, and positive employee relation Maintain staffing levels as indicated by management Create Standard Operating Procedures to create standard and sustainable processes Assist in creating and maintaining materials that reflect company competencies, culture and values to enhance and further meeting recruiting goals Track and maintain workforce analytics and dashboards Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area preferred 3-5 years' of experience in Human Resources Proficiency with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and Applicant Tracking System Ability to liaise between HR Operation, Production Operations and staffing agencies Please send resumes to Angela.BryantKellyServices.com or call 502.953.0238 for more information.
