MOBILE DIESEL TECHNICIAN / Truck MechanicHIRING BONUS $$$Are you a mobile diesel technician looking for a good new opportunity? We would like to talk with you!Hiring for 1st and 2nd ShiftOur team is currently looking for 2 mobile diesel technicians (1 tech for 1st shift and 1 tech for 2nd shift), to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable mobile diesel technician to apply his or her skills in a company that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.What are the Duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Service and repair work, drive train, floor work, steering, electrical, suspension and brakes. - The technician may also work on the following: - Troubleshooting and inspections - Inspect engine or transmission for conformance to standard. Diagnose cause of non conformance. Identify corrective action necessary to correct non conformance. - Diagnose and repair basic equipment wiring. - Basic computer skills and good verbal communication skills - Includes shop work and roadside service - Must be able to work IndependentlyPHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs. - Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSValid Driver's LicenseCommercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred.Why should you apply?Clarke Power is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and has branches across the country!
