position is for a D365 Technical Architect supporting the Sales,
Customer Service, Field Service and Project Services
implementation.Overview:Focuses on one or more major feature sets
within the broader D365 domain.Collaborates with Product Owners,
Functional Architects and Development teams that work within the
related Delivery teams.Primarily engages with the delivery teams on
current development initiatives from a design and implementation
perspective.Also contributes to efforts to strengthen the
application development infrastructureHelps shape the technical
strategy for the applications within the D365 domain.Specific
Responsibilities:Analyzes business needs and user requirements to
design and implement application solutions using the D365/Xrm
platform, Azure components, and other integration-related toolsets
(SSIS, WebServices).Develop and maintain design artifacts
representing the proposed technical solutions effectively.Stays
up-to-date with the latest best practices and standards in the D365
and Azure platform.Work closely with delivery teams in an agile
development environment, ensuring proper implementation and
adoption of solutions.Drive testability (including automated
testing, unit testing and user acceptance testing) and operational
readiness in solution designs.Advocate for continuous improvement
and adoption of best practices.Create designs that promote methods
of configuration for agility and responsiveness.Conduct design and
code reviews to maintain development quality.Ensure compliance with
data security, licensing, and resource usage requirements.Assist
business leaders with change management and user adoption in order
to effectively use tools and systemsAssist in planning for and
adopting of Microsofts major and minor releases to maximize
platform utilization.Summarize and communicate findings at an
executive levelQualifications:Required:5-15 years of relevant work
experienceMinimum 3 years experience with MS Dynamics 365 or
related platformsStrong ability to communicate design concepts
effectively.Deep development experience within the D365 technology
stackExperience in business analysisAbility to organize
information, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing
prioritiesExperience working with a highly customized
applicationPreferred:Experience with Mobile App Development, CRM
portals and Data MigrationExperience with Azure components such as
Function Apps, Service Bus and Logic AppsExperience with SQL and
Stored ProceduresEducation/Training:Bachelors degree or equivalent
requiredIndustry Standard Technical Certifications
desired.Knowledge, skills & abilities:Strong organizational and
time-management skills.Excellent oral and written communication
skills.Creative problem-solving abilities and flexibility.Proactive
approach to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.Effective team player with the ability to collaborate

be hybrid in Lexington, KY, but will consider remote. Relocation
