team. The Litigation Support / Electronic Discovery Support
Assistant hired by us, will work at U.S. Attorney--------s Office,
at 260 West Vine St., Suite 300, Lexington, Kentucky.-- -
The pay rate is between $24.69 and $28.00, and is based on
experience and skill set. Please indicate your wage requirement
when applying.-- - Work hours are 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday
through Friday, except Federal holidays and Office closures. This
position will require an extensive federal background check and
credit check that could take up to 8 weeks.

The DiverseGov Litigation Support / Electronic Discovery Support
Assistant-- -at this client location performs the following
responsibilities:Uses a variety of software programs to process,
organize, manage, and produce voluminous documents and complex data
as part of the criminal and civil discovery process, working in the
Affirmative Civil Enforcement (-------ACE----- -) Unit. -- -ACE
matters tend to be complex and data-intensive, and in frequent need
of litigation support services, including processing of data and
documentProvide advice to litigation teams on gathering, managing,
producing, and presenting electronic evidence needed for hearings,
trials, and other legal proceedings.Supports the discovery needs of
the USAO--------s litigation teams, particularly as it relates to
electronic discovery for ACE matters.Works with the Litigation
Support Specialists to modify and manipulate files for use with
COTS products and litigation support applications.-- -Creates and
modifies files for upload, typically into COTS products, and
performs individual file conversion in support of electronic file
processing.-- -Receives and processes electronic files, including
email files and other files in their native formats, digital image
files, even load-ready data and image files.-- -Process, export in
specified electronic formats, and load or import data into COTS
products and litigation support applications. -- --- -Processing of
electronic discovery will include scanning, importing electronic
files, and OCR--------ing documents using e-discovery processing
software; exporting electronic files to various formats and loading
and updating databases.Performs quality assurance of all electronic
file processing services. -- -Ensures incoming discovery
productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications
and when deficiencies are found, provide the Litigation Support
Specialists with detailed notice of deficiencies. -- -Ensures all
exports for productions are made pursuant to applicable ESI
specifications and/or the requirement of the requesting party or
USAO personnel using the guidelines established by Litigation
Support Unit. -- -Ensures that high quality, timely and
cost-effective methods are followed through procedures established
by Litigation Support Unit. -- -Provides some helpdesk support in
all litigation support software applications.-- -Provides training
to users as necessary to enable users to utilize the litigation
support applications. -- -Performs other related duties as
assigned.

litigation discovery process, and the EDRM workflow preferred. --
-Knowledge of document review software, and encryption methods a
plus.-- -Experience with eScanit, Eclipse, LAW, IPRO Suite,
