Vision 401k PTO Job Details Qualifications: 3 years’ litigation
experience; construction and/or litigation preferred. Experience
with taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions;
preparing and responding to discovery requests; preparing a case
for trial/arbitration including actual participation in an
arbitration or trial. Experience with negotiation and preparation
of contracts. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and
convey competence in terms of the legal issues and the strategic
