seeking a skilled Portable Specialist in Notary Signings to join
our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing
exceptional notary services to our clients in various locations. As
a Portable Specialist, you will travel to client sites to witness
and authenticate signatures on a wide range of documents, including
but not limited to real estate transactions, legal contracts, and
financial agreements. Responsibilities: Travel to client locations
to perform notarial acts, including acknowledgments, jurats, and
loan signings. Verify the identity of signers and ensure they are
signing documents willingly and knowingly. Witness and authenticate
signatures on various legal and financial documents. Maintain
accurate records of notarial acts performed. Provide excellent
customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with
professionalism and efficiency. Adhere to all state-specific notary
laws and regulations. Qualifications: Certified Notary Public in
good standing. Previous experience in notary signings preferred but
not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation
and willingness to travel to client locations. Familiarity with
notary laws and regulations in the state(s) of operation. Benefits:
