This exciting role is an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of legal professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in pre-litigation paralegal work to our fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Pre-Litigation Paralegal, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement. Conducting client interviews and maintaining regular contact with clients. Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing medical records and bills. Drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters. Assisting attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations. Conducting legal research and fact-finding investigations. Organizing and maintaining case files and trial notebooks. Coordinating and scheduling case activities, and maintaining calendar. Preparing and filing legal documents with the court. Complying with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal, preferably in the personal injury field. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court system. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines. Proven ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other staff. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Experience with case management software is a plus.
